Don Riemer

Probably like Betty I never post on this site except for this one....A group of us hung out together after class and on weekends...me, Danny Bernon, Steven Stetnik, Bobby Zimmer, Mike Mantel, rick lampert, Emily, Billie, Robin, Connie Powell, Dave Stilson....and we were often at Billie's house on a Friday or Saturday nite...fun times for us....not always for her mom....lol...'especially when I slid down their front balcony railing, landing on their 200 year chair which I broke...actually I broke only 3 of the four legs....Billie had a look of terror but she was also laughing....her mom who really never yelled, suggested in a stern way hat we should just hang out a Manner's from this day forward....lol...but we were back at her house within a couple of weeks and I always made certain to walk  down those stairs!!   We were always having fun and I can definitely say that Billie was wonderful, funny, kind hearted, could laugh at herself, never had a bad thing to say about anyone....I knew her pretty well in high school but unfortunately I had no idea what she was going through...but I can say that she helped make high school more enjoyable for quite a few of us!!
